1. Are the products refundable or exchangeable?

We will make an exchange if the product delivered is faulty or the wrong product is delivered, by accident.

The returned product must come with its original tags, documentation and in the original packaging. We accept exchanges within 7 days after the customer receives the item. Before returning the product, please email us or give us a call quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return. We will then guide you on the procedure for goods return/exchange. Please do not return goods without first informing us, as sometimes only some technical advice is needed.

Products sold are non-refundable for cash.

2. Are there any potential safety issues with any of the toys I have bought from you?

For each of our products, the recommended ages will be indicated. As some of the toys may have loose or hard parts, we recommend that you follow the ages stated to ensure safety of the child. The toys that we carry are also of the highest quality and from reputable brands. In the event of a manufacturer’s defect, please do reach out to us and we will do our best to assist you.

3. Can I opt for the toys purchased to be gift wrapped?

Yes you can! You can opt your items to be gift wrapped starting from SGD $3.00.

4. What are your payment methods accepted?

Our main payment modes are via Credit Cards, PayPal, Bank Transfer (UOB) or PayNow (UOB). We accept major Credit Cards like Visa, American Express and Mastercard. Credit Cards are processed through PayPal’s secure payment gateway. You do not need a PayPal account to make payments by Credit Cards. Credit Cards are the quickest, most efficient way of shopping with us as we are notified of your payment instantly and can start processing your order(s) straight away. All payments made are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

5. How long will my purchases take to be shipped/delivered?

For orders within Singapore, courier delivery is estimated to arrive within 3-4 working days. Overseas orders can take up to 15 working days.

6. How much is your delivery fee?

We offer free local shipping within Singapore for orders above SGD $200. Local courier delivery fees would be $10 for anything below SGD $200.

For overseas buyers, please check with us how much the postage would cost before you place your orders. We will get back to you with the charges and send you an invoice separately to make payment.

If you prefer to collect the purchase(s) yourself, you can come down to our main store at Serene Centre #02-09. Please wait for us to contact you for collection as we need time to process your order(s) as well.
